Using a HIPAA compliant platform and mobile app, Healthie, you have access to chat with the group (and myself!) any time of day or night. You can send photos of your food, labels, or workouts, to get questions answered or for motivation! :) This chat is one of the best features of the program, and clients love to engagement to keep them on track.

The mobile app has community chat (chat with your group!), goal setting (set new goals each week!), and journal tracking. Track your water, food, exercise, symptoms and metrics to keep you consistent! These simple powerful features are all in the palm of your hand.
CUstomized Meal Plan
Recipes perfectly curated to metabolism, weight loss, and physique, that are simple and easy to follow. Established leftovers (with ingredients automatically calculated) so there is less cooking! Recipes are dairy, added sugar, flour, and gluten free!

Cooking at home is one thing…. but what about quick, pre-made options? This guide contains common packaged foods and products that fit your eating guidelines. 60-90 min Private Consult
Before you enter the group setting, we need to know what your personal goals are! This private call will cover intake forms, symptom assessments, medical history and more, to get you set up for the Group Calls. This very informative time together will help you to understand underlying causes behind your health concerns.

Step 1: Book Free Discovery Call
15-min Zoom call with me (Ceylon)! This will help to determine your goals and needs and if you are a good fit for the group program.
Step 2: Schedule Private Initial Consult
Ceylon will PRIVATELY evaluate medical history, symptoms, food journal to determine the best direction for you before starting the program.
Step 3: Join First Group Call!
First group call is on Zoom Monday evenings. Engage, ask questions, and learn your first concept!
