We review your symptoms, health history, food journal, dietary patterns, lifestyle, and relevant labs. Your initial consultation is 60 minutes.
Personalize the next steps
Food changes are individualized. Functional testing is considered when it would meaningfully change your plan. Practitioner-grade supplements are part of every client's plan; supplements and functional labs are billed separately.

Ongoing check-ins, food-journal reviews, and questions help us refine your plan. Ask questions anytime; I respond within one business day.
