- With your consent, to send Plate to Gut enrollment announcements, program details, and occasional educational updates.

Health information
Please do not send sensitive medical information through the website forms. Discovery call bookings, intake forms, and client records are handled through Practice Better, a secure client-management platform, and are governed by its own privacy policy. Supplement orders placed through Fullscript are governed by Fullscript's privacy policy.
Third-party services
We use trusted service providers to host this website, store form submissions, schedule appointments, and fulfill supplement orders. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their services. Links to outside websites (such as Substack, Instagram, or Facebook) are subject to those sites' own policies.
