Meet Ceylon
Hi, I'm Ceylon.
MS · CN (Certified Nutritionist) · 6 Years of Coaching Experience
I'm a Certified Nutritionist (CN) with a Master's degree in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and 6 years of coaching experience helping people improve their health through food.
I specialize in gut health, sustainable weight management, and exploring the factors contributing to symptoms so many people are told to simply live with — bloating, cravings, fatigue, digestive discomfort, skin concerns, and weight challenges.
But more than any credential, what I really do is help people understand their own bodies.

My Story
Why I do this work.
Before this was my work, it was my life.
For years, I struggled with stubborn bloating, puffiness, and weight I couldn't figure out how to lose — no matter how many calories I cut, how many fad diets I tried, how many sugar-free desserts I swapped in, or how much cardio I pushed through.
I dealt with acne.
With persistent digestive issues I learned to ignore.
And with debilitating sugar and carb cravings that would build until they tipped into full-on binges.

I thought these were separate problems.
I thought I was doing something wrong.
I had no idea how much my eating patterns and digestive health might be influencing the way I felt.
It wasn't until I discovered functional and integrative nutrition that things began to make sense.
I slowly started to make changes. I found the Paleo diet first.
Paleo helped me begin paying closer attention to what I ate, and removed gluten and dairy, which made my symptoms dramatically decrease. Eventually, I found it was gluten and dairy that were causing most of my digestive issues, and experienced significant relief from many of my symptoms.

I discovered the power of targeted probiotics, immunoglobulins, prebiotics, and psyllium husk - and the results blew my mind. This was so much more than better digestion: this was better skin, energy, mood and strength!
I learned how important it was to understand my own body rather than follow another rigid plan.

For the first time in my life, I felt like myself.
That's why I do this.
Because I know what it's like to do everything "right" and still feel uncomfortable in your own body.
And I know how empowering it can be to finally understand your individual needs.
I don't want anyone to spend years guessing the way I did.
I want to share the knowledge and practical skills I had to piece together myself. I ask you to commit to your health: show up for our appointments, ask questions, and put what we learn into practice. You don't need to be perfect, and you don't need to hide the hard parts. I'll meet you with empathy, compassion, and honest support as we work through them together. I cannot wait to meet you!

In Real Life
Food, travel, and a lot of kitchen time.
A few moments from the life that led me here — mostly food, mostly outdoors.
